New Germ Theory Finally Arrives
Atlantic Monthly reports on new evidence that germs are behind many diseases previously thought to be “genes gone bad”. I am sure you need some genetic predisposition to set up the situation but I have always believed that the body is good to thyself unless something is there that doesn’t belong.
It’s all about the bacteria
Studies point to bacteria – or lack of the “good” bacteria – as major culprit leading to celiac and other autoimmune diseases. It does matter what you eat and breast feeding seems to make a world of difference. I wonder what the cut-off age is, now with all the research pointing towards the importance of “Bifidobacteria”.
